Membership Terms and Guidelines

To keep the studio running smoothly for everyone, all members agree to the following conditions:

  • Billing & Commitment: Memberships are billed as an automatically renewing monthly subscription with an initial 3-month minimum commitment.

  • Studio Availability: All session hours are subject to studio availability, so we recommend booking your time as far in advance as possible.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: We value your time and ours. Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting those hours.

  • Rollover Policy: To encourage consistent creative progress, unused hours do not accumulate indefinitely, and unlimited rollover is not permitted. Hours must be used within their designated billing cycle.

  • Plan Cancellation: If you need to cancel your membership after your initial 3-month commitment, a 30-day advance written notice is required.
